We store contact details, inquiry content, attachments, referring pages, UTM parameters and an irreversible IP-address hash used for abuse prevention.
Storage and processing
Inquiry data and attachments are processed and stored using our hosting provider and services including Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2. Processing may occur outside your country or region.
Access controls
Access is limited to personnel who need the information to respond and service providers required to operate the site. Attachments are not publicly served.
Retention
Information is retained only for the period reasonably required for inquiry handling, transaction review, legal compliance and security, then deleted using reasonable measures.
Third-party disclosure
Information is not disclosed without consent except to service providers required for operation or where required by law.
